Invitations and print for Special Functions

We offer a service designing and printing attractive and unique invitations and support materials - such as menus and table plans, for special occasions.

On the left are examples of materials produced for the Regional Language Network Southwest's "Business Language Champions" Gala Dinners.

For these prestigious events, Graphic Words produced gilt-edged invitation cards; menus featuring sponsor organisations logos; table plans (tables were identified with countries' flags rather than numbers, to emphasise the international flavour of the event); table "flags"; promotional tent cards for each of the guests, and directional signage for temporary use.

We also designed and produced the displays mounted at the event, and assisted in the administration of the event on the day.

Similar special commission print projects include postcards at various sizes and dimensions - such as that produced for West Devon Borough Council to advertise their revised contact details.

Posters, Tickets and Promotional Materials

Graphic Words has experience of producing posters for advertising events and activities,
in a wide variety of formats and sizes.

We were approached by the organisers of the "Tavistock Music Live" Summer Festival
and asked to supply poster and a promtional flyer. Working in two colours to reduce
print costs, we produced an eye-catching poster and flyer, which incorporated a
ticket booking form.

We also produced tickets for events held as part of the weekend festival.

As these were required in relatively small numbers, we designed them in a single colour
and printed them on coloured card stock to differentiate between events and dates,
supplying the finished tickets to our clients trimmed and bound in sets of 100.
