Castles Kitchens

We have produced two editions of the main presentation brochure used by Plymouth-based Castles Kitchens - specialists in kitchen design, build and installation for over 50 years.

The brochure is designed to present a smart, high quality appearance reflecting the values and strengths of this long-established independent kitchen supply Company.

For the first edition, Graphic Words worked closely with the team at Castles, to design and lay out a new 50 page brochure, including many full-page photographs of the range of kitchen styles offered by the Company.

To help to distinguish Castles from its competition, Graphic Words included brief quotations about kitchens and cookery ("Food for thought from Castles") and to encourage customers to retain the brochure, two celebrity chef recipes were also included.

In the second edition, to reflect Castles' expertise and long experience in their industry, we included snippets of historical information about the development of kitchens and additional celebrity chef recipes.

The finished brochure - to a custom size - has a matt laminated cover, adding to the overall impression of a high quality product and service.

To accompany and complement this main brochure, Castles Kitchens also asked us to design and print a brochure for the building trade, setting out the products and services which they offer to property developers.

Graphic Words has also assisted Castles with design, layout and artwork for various advertisement placements, and also produced display panels which feature in their touring "kitchen theatre", where celebrity chefs demonstrate cooking techniques at events including Plymouth's "Flavour Fest" and the "Taste of the Tamar" Food Festival.
In addition, we have produced display panels about the company's
proud history, which are mounted in wooden frames in their
Plymouth showroom.
